Pete Richardson is a host of exceptional ability. Studies show that a vast majority of guests attending events by Pete have been known to leave more elated than visitors to Santa's Workshop, The Lost of Continent of Atlantis, and the Fountain of Youth.

What To Expect

We're bringing No Man's Land Film festival to Atlanta! NMLFF may be based out of Denver, Colorado, but we're bringing it to you at our first off-site event of the year to celebrate Women's Month! Join us alongside womxn-led nonprofits and community organizations for an evening of celebrating the strength of femininity in the outdoors at Steady Hand Brewery in West Midtown.

As the premier all-women adventure film festival, No Man’s Land Film Festival (NMLFF) has celebrated the full scope of female athletes and adventurers by un-defining what it means to be a woman in adventure, sport and film since 2015. NMLFF meets a need and desire to highlight and connect women in pursuit of the radical. No Man's Land is deeply engaged in enhancing the feminine presence in the outdoor adventure arena. The goal of this festival is to connect like-minded individuals who are action-oriented, wish to support a shared vision of gender equality and love adventure in whatever shape and size it comes in.

We'll be joined by friends from Radical Adventure Riders Atlanta (R.A.R. ATL), Surf ATLadies, Refugee Women's Network, Ladies Climbing Coalition, Trail Sisters Atlanta, and more! You won't want to miss our biggest giveaway of the year featuring some of our sweetest new spring products - all proceeds from the chance to win will benefit our partner organizations. NMLFF

No Man's Land Film Festival - nonprofit organization

No Man’s Land Film Festival began as an adventure film festival in Carbondale, Colorado and expanded to Denver in 2020. As they continue to become an international voice for women and gender-nonconforming communities across the globe, they strive to instill a deeply confirmed and unbound sense of hope, bold ambition, and inexhaustible determination in all of their allies. They hope that in ten years, they will not need to exist and an all-woman adventure film festival will be a nicety and nothing more than an apologetic glance back at a stagnant and troubled past.

Along with cultivating a deep interest in exploring the vastness of our planet from a groundbreaking point of view, they strive to create a history of motivating audiences to implement and inspire change through human collaboration. Their mission transcends the films presented; this festival acts as a platform for progressive thought and movement in the outdoor industry. At No Man's Land, they aim to un-define feminine in adventure and sport through film.

Since 2015, NMLFF has advocated for intersectionality in outdoor media and increased visibility from audiences to athletes across the globe. They were the 1st all-women adventure film festival, host over 100 events each year around the world, and they have changed the way and the frequency in which women are represented in the outdoor industry.

Radical Adventure Riders

R.A.R. - Atlanta Chapter

Founded in 2017, Radical Adventure Riders (RAR) mission is to center gender inclusivity and racial equity in cycling and the outdoors. RAR does this by providing education, connection, resources, and support for the community and industry. They are a cycling community for femme, trans, women, and non-binary riders of all experience and fitness levels in Atlanta, Georgia and host bike camping trips, open shops, happy hours, rides, programming, education, training, and provide gear and resources for all FTW NB folks interested in building community on bikes.

Refugee Women's Network

Atlanta-based nonprofit

RWN is a non-profit organization created by women, for women to serve refugee and immigrant families who have resettled in the state of Georgia. For 25 years, RWN has been the only organization in Georgia that specifically meets the needs of refugee women. We are women of color, immigrant, and refugee-led organization, with a mission to support women survivors of war, conflict, and displacement in overcoming cultural and systemic barriers to achieving healthy, self-sufficient, and fulfilling lives.

The Refugee Women’s Network (RWN) in collaboration with the Georgia Conservancy, launched a Women’s Hiking Group in March of 2021 to facilitate healthy activity, community integration and inclusion, and environmental stewardship for a group of women survivors of war, conflict and displacement. The Hiking Program promotes equity and inclusion by reducing barriers to participation in healthy, outdoor activities for a diverse community that is traditionally underrepresented in the outdoor experience. Through this community-based program, participants build confidence, develop a sense of belonging, and establish positive relationships with peers and community members within the natural spaces of their new Georgia home.
